So we have a strange basket issue occurring on “cash on delivery” order process, where the basket doesn’t complete (although the order does get placed) the customer doesn’t get the completed order page , so they click it over and over again, and we get 3-4 orders
After extensive looking into this, I located someone who had the exact same issue, in their thread they discovered the theme file needed to be updated (wasn’t your theme)
So reaching out in that this also may be theme related
