    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.
I do not see the problem on your site right now.
To solve the problem we need to find out what causes it because by default XStore doesn’t have this bug.
Next time when the problem occurs, open inspector of the browser page and check if there are any errors https://prnt.sc/oquutk
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ One of additional plugins can be the reason for the problem.

    Regards

Hey I did some research on this and figured that its a GOOGLE GTAG issue. When I add the GTAG for google analytics in the header of header.php it starts acting weird. Do you have any solution for this? I cant see website analytics without GTAG.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the third-party code that you use on your site. We don’t face any problem with the Google analytic code if it’s added in the correct place.
Maybe you added wrong code to wrong place. Use the Insert Headers and Footers plugin to add GA code before the head tag instead of changing theme files.

    Regards
