Dear Support I have used the 8theme Best Sellers in the home page and i have set it to order by rand.

But its not at all showing the random images. Please check on this and let me know where are the files located for this. This is really urgent.

What version of woopress theme do you use?
Try to disable 3-rd party plugins and then check.

Version is v2.9.2

But we want others also to work.

Its coming from PHP script right. So there wont be any clash with javscripts

Hello,

Please note we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.
Also according to our changelog https://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050 – http://prntscr.com/gb53jb, so please update wooprees to the latest version.
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.

I’ve checked this product element on our test site, it works without any problem.
