Bestseller items not updating on the homepage

Hi,
I’m not sure if I can ask this from support but my best seller products (the ones I’ve marked as best sellers when I add a product) do not update on the homepage. I have cleared cache. Where do I go to fix this?

Could you, please, tell me where you marked that? Because WooCommerce does not have the option to mark the product as a bestseller by default. Do you use any additional plugin for these purposes? Provide a screenshot of the option that you used.

By default, best seller products are top sold products on your site and you can’t control it because it’s based on sales.

Hi,
My web developer added a section called ‘bestsellers’ on the homepage of the website. I don’t see any plugin for it. See below screenshots – when I add a product it has an option to select bestseller and when I originally added my first few products they came up under bestsellers on homepage of website but since then if I click ‘bestseller’ when I add the product, it doesn’t update. I’m not selling yet so I don’t have sales, the only thing purchased was to test a subscription product and that was the cat litter.

Hello,

Bestseller type of products and products from the Bestseller category are different things. If you just want to show products from the Bestseller category then edit Products element and choose all in the product types and add the Bestseller category in the list of categories https://prnt.sc/mB0_G6tVZYLz
