Big problem after upgrading to the latest version

After updating the theme and have settled the question of the Cart (failure to display the proceed button to Cart) theme began to give many problems of pagination.
Under the footer appeared inexplicably two blocks related to research and the presence or absence of items in basket (https://www.bruniana.com/error/br-1.jpg). The second problem (https://www.bruniana.com/error/br-2.jpg), even more serious than first, concerns the product page. The display in the gallery of images is completely altered.
How can I fix it up?

Hi there I have contacted the theme support because my photos do not show on the website
this is what they told me can you help?
If you check theme changelog you’ll see that from time to time we delete some templates files. It’s related to WooCommerce updates and changes in our theme. Very likely you did not delete them while update theme, that’s why you faced problem with variable products.

You can contact us on support forum. Create an account and submit a topic, provide FTP access in Private Content area, because we need need to check your installation.
