Billing email address is a required field

Some of our customers are receiving this error when trying to checkout when logged in to their account:

Billing email address is a required field

I’m using Legenda 3.1, WP 4.7.3 & WooCommerce 2.6.14

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

EDIT: The billing email address field is populated.

I have the same problem.

When someone enters all the data on the payment page, an error message appears that the billing address is a required field.

Therefore nobody can finalize the purchase!

This is serious. Please, a quick fix!

Hello, @Rawi,

Please try to activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with official theme too.

Hello,

I have activated the Storefront theme and the purchase process can be finalized correctly without validation errors.

So there is some error in the last update of the Legend theme, because the purchase before worked correctly.

I expect a solution as soon as possible.

Hello, @Rawi,

The problem persists only with your child theme. Please activate parent Legenda theme and you’ll see there is no such issue. So you need check all the changes you’ve made in the child theme. Sorry, but we can’t know what exactly you modified there.
