Billing email not on checkout page – imported demo

I had help from your team in importing a child theme/demo. I’m not sure what the issue is but I am unable to checkout, see attached screenshot. I did not make any edits to the page or on woocommerce so unsure how to add the billing email address (its not showing on the page).
