    Hi there,

My main colour of the theme suddenly changed (from purple to grey). How can I fix it? http://funfashion.ca

    Thank you for your help.

Thank you, Stan. I have done that multiple times already, yet the colours are not setting up, as I specify them on the settings. As I said, my main colour (colour for price, Add to Cart, etc…) got changed from purple (which it is set to) to grey (probably the default colour) for no reason, suddenly. Please take a look at http://funfashion.ca – somehow the settings are ovewritten. Please help!

    Hello,

You shouldn’t create separate folders for each theme version.
You must overwrite old files with the new ones as described in our documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/index.html#!/upgrade

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Done. Yet, the same problem persists! Could you please give me the solution? If needed, please provide instructions on creating custom.css to reflect the Colors settings for all applicable elements.

    Looking forward.

Could you please give me more details why do you need it? My Google analytics stopped working today (the ID was reset to “0”). Have you by any chance touched that part? Please let me know. I’m looking for solution to my problem.

    Thank you

    Hello,

We didn’t change anything in your wp-admin panel.
We need FTP credentials to re-update the theme. Perhaps you didn’t update all files.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
