Hello, all of a sudden this morning all the options for “add to cart” in my Blanco theme disappeared preventing customers from checking out on my shop. When I changed my theme to an alternate one I have used in the past, everything corrected. I had been receiving the woo commerce messages that said I had outdated files bundled in the theme, but I also read the thread that said to ignore those messages.
How do I fix this situation so I can use my Blanco theme?
Hello,
Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
I’m sorry Robert, I’m not comfortable providing my login information for my site. However, if you would like to call me, you can certainly walk me through what I need to do on my end. Or if you need me to take screen shots I can do that!
Please advise!
Sorry, but without access is very difficult to provide support.
Navigate to Dashboard->Blanco->Product Page and check ‘Show product name’ option.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
My site was working fine until the last update. The variable for size option on the site is not working on any of my products so customers cannot choose size. Iv tried doing the custom.css thing i saw from someone who had a similar issue and this did not work or i did not do it right becuase i cannot find anywhere in worpress/blanco/settings to enabale the custom css option. I also tried replacing files with the updated ones nothings working. Im really frustrated and I wasint aware my site was down for so long please help.
Also im not sure how to update Blanco in wordpress to get the latest update.
I actually figured it out! I am not sure when this happened or why, but at some point the option for “Disable Add to Cart and Cart” had been selected. Perhaps this happened during some sort of update, I’m not entirely sure, but at least the problem is solved!
Hello @Neishonline,
Please check the theme link http://themeforest.net/item/blanco-responsive-wordpress-wooecommerce-theme/2755246 in section Last Update > Deleted. You need to delete the blanco/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php file to solve your issue.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
