Blanco Woocommerce missing images - by Pedro

    Hi, I have an issue with Blanco Woocommerce missing images on just a few products maybe about 20 out of 300.

    They show ok on Chrome and Android but not on Safari in Mac, iPhone and iPad.

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to 3.5 version and check products after that.

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Hi Eva

    Thanks for the suggestion I’ve now updated to Blanco 3.5, unfortunately the issue remains.

    Do you have any other suggestions?
