BLANK Page after installing the theme in my WordPress

    Hello,

    I have used before royal theme in other websites and worked perfectly, but now when I upload it to my new website, it shows blank page, and after I cant get to my dashboard since it shows blank page again. When I delete royal folder from wp-content/themes through FTP , then I can access again to my WordPress basic website. Why theme is making this problems when it is activated?

    I will leave all my log in details for website so that you can check this out

    Hello,

    The problem is you’re using 5.2 php version. Please contact your host and ask them to update it to at least 5.3 version for your site.

    Hello,

    I notified my hosting provider to check this, but when I saw on my C-PANEL, actually there it says that I am using PHP version 5.4.24, and I still have the same problem appearing?

    Hello,

    I’ve created phpinfo file in your site directory and it’s showing your php version is 5.2:

    So you need ask your host to change it to 5.3 version at least.

    Hi there.. we have completed the installation process and have installed all dummy content.. but the home page is blank..

    All other pages are working fine.. and we are using php 5.4

    Can someone take a look at this for us please?

    What is the post_max_function?

    Post_max_size function limits the size of the data that are uploaded.

    As I see you don’t have installed WooCommerce plugin. Please do it.

    Please ask your host to enable ZipArchive extension and try to install template version again.

    Please write me if here was any problem solving, because I have the same problem: blnak page after installing to a server. The page is working fine with my local server (home personal computer), but when I try to move it a remote server it was broken
