Blank page on admin side on theme install

Hi,
I’m trying to install the Xstore theme. I’m working throught wp-staging plugin to not apply changes on the existing website. On uploading the zip file XStore_Theme_v.4.28.1.zip (I tried the beta version too) before activating, on preview I receive a blank page and on activating the design is apply to my staging website but I can’t access the admin side to customize it (I have a blank page).

I checked the theme requirements and all is ok on this side. I don’t know how to solve this issue.
Please help me asap

Hello,

If you used the beta version before I suppose you have XStore core plugin 1.1 version and it can be the reason of the problem. Connect to your site using FTP and rename the et-core plugin folder. Check if you can login to Dashboard after that and if yes then remove this version of plugin and install the one that comes bundled with the 4.28.1. If plugin is not the reason of the problem then provide us with temporary FTP and Dashboard access to your site.
Also, could you tell me why did you decide to change the version 5.0 back to 4.28.1, what issues did you face?

Thank you for your answer. I didn’t activate the beta version at all I think that is why I didn’t find there any core plugin…. I just tried to see if the preview is working first. But on the 4.8.1 version the preview doesn’t work neither when I activated it.

Hello,
1) We can’t install or update any theme or plugin via Dashboard http://prntscr.com/ktgmjb

2) I have activated WooCommerce plugin with the default theme and got 500 error. I think problem is related to your server settings if you can’t use the WC plugin even with the default WP theme.
So, please, contact your hosting provider and solve the mentioned problems with the default WP installation first and then contact us and we’ll check the issues related to our theme.
