    Hi

We’ve installed XStore & WooCommerce on a new domain.

However, when we go to the front-end of the website we either see a blank page or an error message “critical error”.

This is a new installation and we’ve not added any new / extra plugins that can cause the issue. When we deactivate WooCommerce the website shows.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Natasha,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to fix the problem from the server side. It looks like the PHP version should be decreased to 8.2 and memory limit increased – https://prnt.sc/ntld2eWyAg8q

    2/ Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites/

    Hi Rose

Thanks, we downgraded the PHP & increased the memory limit.

However, everytime we want to change anything on Elementor, the right sidebar options “buffer”… we have to click on SITE SETTINGS, close SITE SETTINGS when it appears and then the sidebar is active. You can test it from your side – the same login details we provided to you still apply.

Is this also an issue with the PHP? Will XStore create a patch / update that takes higher PHP versions into consideration? Our hosting company keeps up to date with PHP versions and keep on updating it on their servers as soon as a new one is released… and the older ones are removed.
