Blank page on Lawyer One Page demo template

So I’m currently having an issue. I installed the dummy data for Lawyer One Page template, but for some reason every time I use it, it gives me a blank page. Can yo help me with this?

I have some login information for you in the private content area.

Hello,

Very likely that file_get_contents() function is disabled in the server configuration at your hosting provider. It caused problems with import.
Please contact them and ask about this issue.

My server admin said that this couldn’t have been the issue. Here is one of his messages after I told him what you said.

That’s an interesting theory.. without evidence to support it, though, it’s hard to say whether that’s true. Would it be possible for you to give me step by step instructions as to how I might duplicate this issue, including any applicable needed login credentials?

So with that being said, I do believe that it’s just an issue with the theme, especially since this is the very first time we ever had this issue, and we’ve been doing this for a few years now. Also one of the other demos works fine. So it’s got to be an issue with the lawyer one.

Could you please help me with this? Or should I just request a refund?

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest 1.2 version and check if it fixes the problem. If it doesn’t then please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.

Hi, I just tested it and…it’s still not working. The one you put(something called ROMAN POLANSKI)worked, but that was for the “LANDING PAGE: LAWYER PAGE”, which wasn’t the right one. I needed the “ONE PAGE: LAWYER ONE PAGE”, which I set it back to that and it still doesn’t work.

As I see there is no wp-config.php file in your FTP account.

It’s on there. The site wouldn’t be working if the wp-config file wasn’t on there.

We just have it a different folder than normal.

It’s in the main root folder. You don’t have access to it though. I can give you access to the file if need be just to make sure this gets fixed then move it back when you’re done. Let me know, and then I’ll move it when you’re ready.

Okay, it’s in there, but I’m only going to keep it in there until 5pm EST today(end of our business day). After that, I’m moving it back so it’s not in that folder over night.

Seems there is some restriction on your server.
Please contact your host and ask them to increase post_max_size value.

Hello,

There was a problem with contact form which we’ve deactivated and now the template is installed. Please check.
In order to activate the contact form you need have GD library and the FreeType library installed at your host.
