Blank Ratings not appearing in some product placeholders.

Hello, the blank ratings are not showing on the new products section of my home page.

Some of them do, but some only show ratings if the product has been rated.

Could you provide FTP access also?

Hello, theme doesnt need updated.

You are using a STAGING version of site.

Any problems reported are on the LIVE version. (Always updated)

STAGING SITE FOR TESTING ONLY.

We kindly request that you consider updating not merely out of preference but due to the potential for issues that may arise from the older version. Even if you are confident that it will not cause problems. Your live site is always updated, we advise that you also update the test site to match.

Problem still persists on LIVE (Updated).

If problem persist on LIVE, THEN I come here. Not BEFORE.

LIVE SITE = ALWAYS UPDATED.

Please remember this.
