Blockquote does not display end quotation marks

Hi, I thought it was an error that the blockquote was not displaying end quotation marks. I refercened the demo site at http://themeforest.net/item/xmarket-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/full_screen_preview/3558432 and see that the end quotation marks aren’t displaying there either. Is this per Xmarket theme design? Just seems like it might be an error. Please let me know if you have a suggestion on how to display then end quote with the large orange styling.

Hello,

That is not the error. This is theme design, it’s added as background image http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/16/0428/h_1461870970_3459667_3e63986dd8.jpeg . The image is located in wp-content/themes/xmarket/images directory.
