Al products not loading on mobile. I’ve tested on several phones, connections browsers. Cleared caches, restarted phones, I’ve tried everything. Out of 147 products it shows like 105 of them, on all devices. Android iPhone tablets wifi mobile data, I’ve tested everything I can.

I can’t find any theme setting or option to fix.

I updated WordPress on my site, then updated the theme, and then started getting wordpress errors:

It essentially broke my whole site, broke the menu, etc. I am now restoring from a backup, thank god I had a backup.
Please help me with these issues some way. I paid for to renew support to specifically get these two issues resolved and now my site is broken because I followed your instructions and tried to update.

If you did not update the theme too long then create staging site (full copy of the existing), provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your staging site, we’ll update theme and all the bundled plugins. You’ll check if everything is ok and then we’ll move update to your production. 6.2.9 version of theme is old version and we don’t recommend update production without staging to the latest version.

This creates a TON of extra work for me. Can you update the site on the live link? I have secure backups taken. Pleas let me know if you can help me, I still have to address the original issues that are broken with the theme (duplicate blog posting).

Thank you very much I see that WordPress and the theme are updated. And the blog page issue is fixed.
One last thing, on the top right bar I have a link that says “Newsletter” and has a popup, how can I change that link setting, or link it to a mailchimp signup form?

Hello,
Go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit Newsletter elements and change the newsletter content to what you need (use Static block or custom HTML depending on your needs).
