Hello,
I have been trying to make my blog page looks like your deafult view (https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda2/blog/?blog=default)
I don’t know what is happening but it is not working, as the full text of the post is shown in the feed, and I am not able to see the “Read More” button, like at the example.
The blog page that I want to fix it is: http://undiaconpeppafestival.com/noticias/
Can you help me with it?
Thank you!
Manuel
Hello,
You can use “Read more” button to achieve the solution. Please read our instruction:
https://www.8theme.com/knowledge-base/using-read-more-button-on-wordpress-blog/
Thank you.

Hello Eva,
Thank you for your very fast answer, but this is not what I am looking for.
The solution you tell me is for each post to use the red more button…
But the thing is that I want to use excerpts or the VC-Custom Teaser when in the posts page the news are showed.
You have three differente layouts for the blog, Default, timeline and grid, but the problem exists with all of them as the hall post is showed at the posts page.
I think the problem is similar to this other one: https://www.8theme.com/topic/blog-issues/#post-20155
Thank you,
Manuel
Hello,
You can create a new page for blog and use Posts Grid element in Visual Composer editor add your excerpt into the “Excerpt” area when editing a post.
Please try it.
Thank you.

Hello,
thank you again for your answer. Your solution works. you can see in this page: http://undiaconpeppafestival.com/blog-prueba/.
But this is not what I need. I need this happening int he default view, like in your templates… (https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda2/blog/?blog=default)
If you need I can give you access to my dashboard, so you can see if something is not configure ok.
Thank you,
Manuel

Hello,
I have selected 1 column in Posts Grid settings and added the following code to custom css on the page “blog-prueba”:
.wpb_teaser_grid.teaser-border-on.grid_layout-title_thumbnail_text .et_isotope-item, .wpb_teaser_grid.teaser-border-on.grid_layout-title_text .et_isotope-item {
width: 870px;
}
Also I have added “read more” button code into excerpts of your posts. You can check them.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
