Hi,

I’m trying to switching Blog Layout (Theme Options > Blog Layout) and it doesn’t work. Any ideas?

Hello,

As I see you have use old version of theme. Please update it to the latest.
Here is video tutorial how to update it. Don’t forget to made backup before updating.

Hi,

Where do I download the new theme?

Why there is no update notification in the wordpress itself? I didn’t even know there is a new theme out. How will I know in the future?

OK and how I download the new theme ?

I can see from the video how to install it. But where in themeforrest do I have to go to download it?

Also looking at the video. I basically have to install the theme again. Wouldnt I lose all the customization that I’ve done this way?

You need sign in the site with your Envato account and download the latest theme.
If you made some changes in default theme file you can lose your customization. We always recommend our customer make changes in child theme. Don’t forget to make backup your site before update theme.

Hi,

I now updated the theme to 1.5 as you suggested and Im still having the issue with the Blog Layout (Theme Options > Blog Layout). It’s not switching format properly and displaying the whole post instead of a teaser.

Pls advise?

Hi,

Creating excerpt doesn’t work for me. Also, I’m switching theme and have over 60 posts which means I would have to create an excerpt for each post manually. This should be automatic as with every other decent paid theme out there! Is there a simpler way to show just a teaser please?

Also please can you answer the second part of the question. Switching layout from grid to small for example doesn’t seem to work.

I just created a blog page as you suggested and experience the same issues with the layout. The full post is displayed instead of just a teaser.

Please can I get your help on this? I would greatly appreciate if you could help as soon as possible as I now have been waiting for your response for several days and can’t finish layout without your input on this issue with your paid theme.
