Hi,
I am trying to change my blog posts page to a different one however when I do this the formatting is lost. Any chance someone could have a look into why this is?
I have left some info in the private area regarding links.
Hello lociate,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

Hi Rose,
Thanks very much have put details in private area.
Please could you also let me know which template is used for the posts page as I couldnt seem to work it out. Just in case I need to make future updates myself
Hello,
We appreciate your prompt response.
Currently, the default Blog page layout can be changed only via Theme Options > Blog > Blog layout.
In the future, we plan to add a builder but it is not released yet.
We’ve checked your web-hosting-how-to page and it is displayed fine.
Do not go to Reading settings to change the page, just edit Appearance > Menus > add web-hosting-how-to page with Blog page title. An example is the Private Content area.

Hi Rose,
Thank you for your response. In my first message I said I had a workaround which is exactly the same as what you have described. Yes that does work for the main blog page.
I have even made a workaround to have different pages for different caregories
However
If I categorise the posts in the post header the category is displayed within the image. If I then click that category link it takes me to an unformatted page so that is now where the problem is.
Dear @lociate,
We hope this message finds you well. Regarding your current situation, we would like to suggest a couple of options to ensure a seamless experience for your customers:
1. Consider reducing the number of links in your posts. This will prevent customers from being directed to any posts in the archive that may not be functioning properly.
2. Alternatively, you may choose to wait for our upcoming updates, which will enhance the functionality of the Blog Archive Builder, allowing for a more robust user experience.
We appreciate your understanding and patience. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Warm regards,
Jack Richardson

Hi Jack,
I have managed to solve this using a templates along with display conditions.
When will the update be coming out regarding the blog archive builder?
Dear @lociate,
We hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to inform you that the upcoming update for our builder is scheduled for release towards the end of August this year.
Should you be interested in participating as a beta tester, we are more than willing to provide you with a link to download the testing archive. Please note, however, that this version may exhibit instability, and we strongly recommend conducting any tests on staging websites initially.
Thank you for your attention and cooperation. We look forward to your participation in enhancing our product.
Best Regards,
Jack Richardson
