    Hi,

On my home page I have a banner with mask – create your own unique style.
My problem is that the image is a little bit blurry on different devices.
    Any suggestions?

I am not 8theme support but taking a quick look at your homepage. Your image is 570×620. Whilst the rendered size on desktop is 779 in width (https://gyazo.com/3eb43e62f4569c05b03a6f4479358044). Similarly for iPads the size is beyond 1000px. I suggest you put a higher resolution image.

    Hi Dash,

It’s not support again, but it does look like your image has not increased in resolution. https://gyazo.com/9403f68e5dc7b399f96f0a1fde643274

This is probably due to image not being replaced.

Leave your login details in the Private content area which is only visible to support staff with link to your higher res image and they will hopefully replace it for you / give you a better response.

    Hello,

Clear cache of mobile browser and check then. If you are using emulator of mobile and checking via desktop, reload page after switching to mobile.
