Hello,
all thumbnails of the pictures with a white background present a corrupted white/grey strike background.
Please see picture attached from the Legend demo.
What is the solution? knowing that the product pictures are perfect!
Thank you
Hello,
This are demo products. Did you try to upload your own images?

Robert Hall.

Hello,
I was so upset by the unprofessional look of the thumbnails that I deleted the website I was working on.
And I found the same error on the demo!!!!
Yes you do have the same error, show me how you correct it and I will follow your advice.
Please you saw the picture and the proof so instead asking me questions let s just work with me to find the answers!
Thank you
Ps I am sure this is not the first time you ran into that question however I have not seen a clear and explanation or a correction on your website
Hello,
Our demo images have such background color.
Try to upload your own pictures in .png extension.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
No way I can t use png too heavier. Just please tell me what is the problem with your theme or please ask to someone with the knowledge to answer, please do not avoid the problem because this is a big deal for such a theme
Hello,
As we told you that’s not theme problem. Our images have such background.
Have you tried to upload your own images?
Please try it.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
I don t believe that you want that white background with stripes, yes I did and I do have the same results.
Obviously I read some same complaints but no answer on your part, please do the test and you will see that your theme modify the white background of the thumbnail which gave an unprofessional look.
This is one of the picture you are using!!!!
Look at the background

Are you using a lazyload compressor?
WHY? WHAT S GOING ON?
Hello,
We understand your worries regarding this issue but it’s not related to our theme. You can check this if you switch to default WordPress theme (Twenty Fifteen). Such issue happens when images are cropped by woocommerce.
