Bottom Section Effect When Scrolling Up/Down

Hello,

On this demo;

When you scroll down and then up (from the bottom footer)
There seems to be a weird/different animation from the other demos.q

The bottom footer does not seem to move up and down but rather “stays there”

Is there a way to change this so it becomes “normal” etc?
