Bought together does not appear on my selected product

    I have added the product “Pork Chicken Mutton” “Pork Chicken Terrine” to bought together.

    When I call up “Pork Chicken Mutton” in the store, no reference to the chicken terrine appears.

    Am I doing something wrong? By the way, the cache has been emptied.

    We would like to inform you that the product “Pork Chicken Mutton” is not currently listed under Dashboard > Products, as evidenced by the screenshot provided: https://prnt.sc/IYtr1cyrpNXc. Consequently, it appears that this product has not been created yet and will need to be added to the system.

    Hi Rose,

    it is not working.

    I tried to add to the product “Pork chicken Terrine” the product “Baked Camenbert”.

    If I click after updating and clearing the cache on “Pork Chicken..” the product “Baked Camenbert” will not appear.

    We kindly request that you navigate to the Dashboard, select ‘Products’, and utilize the search function as depicted in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ilNxJ10yt0z6. Please ensure that the product you intend to add is searchable in this section.

    Subsequently, we would appreciate it if you could document the issue you are encountering by recording a video that captures the problem and the steps you are taking. Once the video is recorded, please upload it to a file-sharing service, such as https://wetransfer.com/, and share the download link with us.

    Providing us with the video will enable us to replicate your actions and better understand the issue with the ‘Bought Together’ feature.
