Boxed content but wide headers and footers

Hi!

I want my site look like the demo Niche Market 2. I only want the structure, I mean, all the content appears like it was boxed in the center and everything is aligned to it, even the header and footer content, but the background of it goes wide.

How can I achive this? I already search on the site layout options but without success.
