    Hello,

    We have the following issues;
    – Xstore core plugin is overloading the cpu, we disabled all the plugins and found out that it was the culprit, is there something we can do to reduce it’s consumption?
    – The brand list element, when we click on a brand that has multiple products, it only shows 1 single product and leads directly to a product page, i’ve added a sample in the private content area.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

1/ Go to Appearance > Widgets and remove the Product Status widget from the shop sidebar. Check the CUP usage after that and let me know about the results.
Could you get information on what requests uses the whole CPU on your site from your hosting provider? They should have some detailed reports.
2/ Go to Settings > Permalinks > check if you use the Post name type http://prntscr.com/s7zqco and re-save permalinks

    Regards

    Hello,
Thank you, the permalink worked, I would never have known that’s what went wrong.

The cpu has come down a bit once i removed the product status but it’s still fluctuating between low and high, would keep monitoring it.

    Thank you.

It’s back to being consistently over the limit.

    Hello,

Contact your hosting provider and ask them about reports of the queries that use a lot of CPU on your site. Provide us with these reports to find out what exactly is the reason for the issue.
Check all the enabled plugins and disable all the plugins that you don’t really use. Don’t keep them enabled just in case.
If you don’t need a portfolio disable it in Theme Options > Portfolio. If you don’t need testimonials disable them in Theme Options > Global.

    Regards
