    Hi,

Filter by Brand is not showing every Brand on the Shop page and specific product categories.

I’ve cleared the Brands transients under the WooCommerce Tools, as well as regenerated the product attributes lookup table.

Not sure what else I can do.

    Thanks,
    Chris

    Hello Chris,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query.

To assist you effectively, could you kindly provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? This will enable us to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello, Chris,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query.

Unfortunately, WordPress has a limitation where it cannot display more than 50 items at a time. This is why you are seeing a maximum of 50 brands displayed in your case.

If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards,

Thank you Andrew for your response.

I am not understanding however if there is a limit of 50, why there are only 28 brands showing on the hot sauce page for example –

    https://flowercityflavor.com/product-category/hot-sauce/

Missing brands like Karma Sauce, Angry Goat Pepper Co., Butterfly Bakery of Vermont, and more should be showing too.

I just noticed that if I use the “Brand List” widget, every brand shows on the Shop page. It’s just the “Filter Products by Brand” widget I am not able to get the results I’m looking for.

I am writing to discuss the functionality of the page located at https://flowercityflavor.com/product-category/hot-sauce/.

It appears that the condition to display only the brands whose products are available in a specific category is functioning correctly on this page. However, I have noticed that the “Brand List” widget does not have similar conditions applied.

Additionally, I would like to point out that the “Filter by Brand” widget does not display brands that have no products.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to your guidance on how we might address these issues.

I have my staging site setup and everything works fine on that version (Put it in private content area), so it’s something on my live version causing the problem.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Chris,

Thank you for reaching out and providing details about your issue. In this case, we recommend checking the versions of the installed plugins and themes, as well as the WordPress version on your live site. It’s possible that there are additional plugins on the live site that are not present on the staging site, which could be causing the issue.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
