Brands Filter Not Working - by indigoross

Hi!

Have set up the brands filter on the sidebar, and it doesnt seem to work at all:

If i select any brand, it just goes to Page not found, even though products exist with the brands, any help be great.

Hello,

Do you use any third-party plugins? Try to deactivate them and check if you still have the issue with the brand’s page after that. If yes then reply back and provide WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. We’ll check the issue in more detail.

Yes tried to disable all plugins, and sadly still no joy, have attached the FTP details for you

Hello,

Problem was caused by the brand attribute that you created. Attribute slag conflicted with the build-in brand feature https://prnt.sc/w40h65
I have changed the brand slug to brands. Check the filter now.
