Whenever I click on a brands page from WooCommerce it comes up with the Page Not Found 404 error.
I have tried saving permalinks etc but nothing seems to work.
How do I fix this?
Hello,
Please check the issue with Storefront theme – official WC theme. Let us know the result and provide wp-admin credentials.
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
Thanks Rose, hopefully you can work out what’s causing the issue of the brands not to work
Hi,
In your backend the permalinks point to https://www.YOURSITE.co.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=36722&action=edit it takes you to Permalink: https://www.YOURSITE.co.uk/brands/delightfull/ but the brands page on the menu takes you to https://www.YOURSITE.co.uk/brands/delightfull/ note the difference brands and brand in the URL, that cause the site to be 404.. Can you double check what cause that.
Let us know,
Thanks,

Both URLs you posted are the same.
I logged in and checked permalinks and couldn’t see anything related to brands?
The links in the brands page on my site link to the same links that come from the admin (Products > Brands) then click on view (under brand name) and it takes you to a 404 page error site aswell.
Please tell me how to fix this issue, or can you fix it if possible
Hi,
Sorry, I was wrong. Can you try disable all the plugins including cache plugin that are not recommended/coming with the Royal theme, and see that fixes the issue. After disable that, save the Permalinks once.
Let us know,
Thanks,
laranz.
Hi There,
I am having issues with these again, the brands page when click is coming up with 404 not found OR displaying the first product of the brand as a single product instead of showing all products within that brand.
Can you help with this
Hello,
Did you try to disable all 3rd party plugins and re-save Permalinks?
Please also provide FTP access in Private Content.
Regards
