Brands plugins is it neccessary to add one for woocommerce or X store

Hi Having a few problems using M store API. It does not appear to pick up brnds which are set up in the website.

we are unable to pick up what area is causing the problem.

I noticed previous threads where you seem to indicate that brands is a core functionof the theme.

but i did not see any reponse to the question about the several other plugins like perfect brands for woo commerce .

Are you saying that my conflict might be caused because two brands plugins are working at the same time.
And if i switch off the added plugin will Xstore Brands taske over and display correctly

Hello, Derek0310,

Could you please provide more details about why you would like to use a third-party plugin for brands and specify what exactly is not functioning as expected?

To rule out the possibility of a conflict between third-party brand plugins and our theme, we kindly recommend conducting a test by disabling the brands feature through the Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop elements > Brands > Enable brands > Off.

Hi,
Many Thanks for the reply.

Its not my intention to use a third party plugin but my API to my Fluxbulder app was not calling the brand products into view with your internal Brands area.

I therefore have tried tow other plugins but no luck either

I turned the brands feature off as suggested but still no luck

any suggestions
