Breadcrumb on checkout & header contact is not clickba

I’ve purchased your theme 2 times but 2nd time some functionality is not working. Checkout and cart pages breadcrumb is showing after disabling it.
Also contact in header is not callable. I am giving link but it’s not updating.
Kindly response as soon as possible.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
1/ Try to disable “Advanced Layout” in XStore–>Theme Options–>WooCommerce(Shop)–>Cart/Checkout.
2/ Please provide temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content, so we can check the settings of the Header Builder on your site.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Hello,

Theme Options > Header builder > Contacts element > delete elements and add them from scratch, here is an example of “Url For Field” for phone:
tel:+xxxxxxxxxx
for mail:
mailto:your_email
