Breadcrumbs background image not change - by Francesco

Dear support,
I’m trying to change on your sample “Energy green” the breadcrumbs background image.
I change it in the customizer section, but it not reflect changes in the preview section.
Please see the picture here .
If I remove the current Background image and upload another image again, it is showed. I publish the canges, but if I reload the page, the changes are not applicable.
How can I solve the issue?

Thanks you @Rose for your Reply,
but I found the issue. it was because the breadcrumbs background was in the featured images of each page, whike I tried to change it from the Appearance>Customize.
