Breadcrumbs for payment page not the same as breadcrumbs showing for cart and billing details page.

Sorry Jack, this issue hasn’t been completely resolved.

Ever since the fix to the breadcrumb on the payment page, now when I place the order and we go to the order page next, the header and footer is my normal one and not the one that was there previously which looked the same as the header and footer for the cart, billing and payment pages.

Previously, once an order was placed successfully, the header would have a little notification with a tick with a circle border around the tick saying “Your order was successful” or something to that effect.

Also, kindly see the difference of height between the header of the cart and billing page in comparison to the payment page, when viewed on mobile.

Could the height of the header be increased on the payment page when viewed on mobile so as to make it match the other pages?

Same would go for the order page.

Also also, terribly sorry for this but your preloader option on your customiser section caused my store page to break and even disabling preloader option didn’t change it back, so I had to perform a back up from this morning and it means the job you did on the header today got wiped.

Could you please redo it with the adjustments I mentioned above?

The issue you are currently experiencing is not related to our theme, but rather due to the creation of a custom “Thank You” page. The default layout for the “Thank You” page can be seen here: https://prnt.sc/KmMdOuNVa-JO. However, the design you are using is a fully custom one built with Elementor. As a result, the header and footer are not displaying as expected because the conditions required to load the prebuilt header and footer for this page are not being met.
