Breadcrumbs need optimization as default shop page is still in breadcrumbs on category pages

Hello,
Can you guide me to configure the breadcrumbs properly? When i click on my main category page ”dekbedovertrekken” than i find ”shop” in the breadcrumbs, which is not required thr. And when you click on any product page than ”shop” disappears from the breadcrumbs. Screenshot hereby, https://prnt.sc/oJu-nv-L1yFA
Currently none of my website’s category page is ranking in google which is extremely alarming as my site is fully optimized by a professional seo services. Please can you assist me to solve this.

1. Unfortunately, this is not possible at this time as our theme does not have the necessary style or functionality. We suggest that you post your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will try to include it in one of the upcoming updates.

2. In regards to SEO, we recommend that you use the Yoast SEO plugin, which is fully compatible with our theme. We suggest that you consult with your SEO specialist to review its options and functionality.

Taskbar is no more available and also thr was no response. Please can you ask the team to disable default shop page from the breadcrumbs to improve the basic seo..
** Also not many ppl are using gtin nr. But into xstore theme this feature is forcefully included without disabling ption. See screenshot https://prnt.sc/hlAytPIGMySA. By adding DISPLAY NONE to hide gtin numbers is the worst way. Please can you guide me to throw this feature out of my website?

Dear Rana,

If you would like to remove the “Shop” from the breadcrumbs, please add the following code to your child-theme/functions.php:
add_filter( 'etheme_breadcrumbs_shop_step', '__return_false', 999);

https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ – what do you see on this page?
Point is that your request about gtin should be checked by our dev team, for this we would recommend you to post the request on Taskboard.

If GTIN values are not entered, they will not be used.

But few months ago xstore theme update ”Array” appears into all product’s gtin. See screenshot https://prnt.sc/DXj7n40qbH6X . Why whis?

Dear Rana,

Please provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

It took whole day to remove ARRAY one by one from the gtins of all product pages. No, i am not going to give the access right away. Several times i have granted you the access but you team ruined my website, even you guys uploaded the file manager plugin into my website. Yet i did not complained this to Envato customer service. Each time to hide the failure one need the access of my website to teach me a lesson. What is this dear? Please think it about. We are not so bad ppl.
What i claim here is truth and i stand firmly on this which i claim here, that into my product pages ”Array” is injected into gtin by xstore. Please dont try to blame other plugin for conflicting etc. You know very very wel what i am saying here and the root cause. I just need to know why you are doing these messy things against me?

Thanks for such detailed output of your thought and we are really sorry that some of our developers could make some changes which made issues on your web-sites. We will try to assist you better with the next topics you write on our forum. About the “GTIN” fields we asked you to give us access so that we could apply code fix to remove those fields just for you with some php filter use but you decided not to give us access and to remove all gtin fields manually on each product. In case you want to disable “GTIN” fields globally you will be able to add next php code to your child-theme/functions.php ( https://prnt.sc/r4BO65YDBPvr ) after the next theme update
add_filter('etheme_product_option_gtin', '__return_false');
