Hello!
I don’t know how it happened, but the breadcrum comes out with a background image.
Currently I have hidden the image with “.page-heading { background-image: none !important; }” but without having selected an image it shows it in the background.
You can check this in the browser’s element inspector.
What can this be due to?
Thank you.
Hello,
I don’t see any bg image for the breadcrumbs https://prnt.sc/26jkrbz
Could you, please, provide us with link to the page where you have this issue and provide WP Dashboard access to check your breadcrumbs settings and your shop page settings?
Regards
That’s what I was saying at the beginning of the ticket, that I have it hidden via CSS, but I don’t know why this is happening.
Thank you.
Hello,
Provide WP Dashboard access to check your breadcrumbs settings and your shop page settings. We can’t tell you where you uploaded bg image without WP Dashbaord access by your screenshot only because there are a few places for this and we need to check them to guide you.
Regards
Private access.
Don’t worry, we leave it hidden via css, because in the end we waste more time sending queries and responding than we do with the path to the solution.
We will get back to you if we have any questions or problems.
Thank you for your reply.
Hello,
Ok. But if you are sure that you don’t have image in the Theme Options > Breadcrumbs then go to Pages > edit your Shop page > check if you did not upload the featured image for the shop page. Because it could display in breadcrumbs. If that does not help then we need your access to find the reason.
Regards
Yes, the image shown was the one on the shop page.
We left it hidden via css.
Thanks for the details.
