Broken Categories permalink redirect to 404 page

I was creating different single product pages for each product category in the theme builder and imessed up with the permalinks. Now the categories do not work anymore and redirect to 404 pages. I’ve set the permalink as before but that didn’t help.
You know how to solve this?
