    Good afternoon!!

    I explain another problem that I have:

    When a product of my store is added to the shopping cart, a dialogue box appears, giving the possibility of “continuing to buy” or “finalizing purchase”.

    In that dialog you should see a thumbnail of the product you are buying, but in all cases, that image is broken.

    How can I solve that?

    Hello,

    Please try to disable all 3-rd party plugins, clear cache and check if one of them causes the problem.
    Did you make changes in template files?

    Hello Rose!

    I have already solved it!

    I followed your instructions (disable add-ons, delete cache …) but it was not solved.

    Finally the solution was in the Theme Options:

    In “Quick View” option, I have changed to “single mode” in “Product images” (it was in “slider”)
