Broken Links causing Merchant Account suspension

Hi Team

there is a broken 404 link https://simubay.com/wp-content/images/404.png

Which comes from here (body CSS of XSTORE).
https://simubay.com/wp-content/themes/xstore/xstore.min.css

How can I fix this please?
