Broken sidebar image on all but one page and heading issue

I’d finished a ticket regarding putting a Facebook icon on my sidebar. Ok, once complete the image only shows on the home page but not the other pages. I made a video showing the situation:

Also I am unable to add the standard Page Heading to one specific page. Shown here:

Hello,

As for page heading, you have Breadcrumbs Style option set to “disable” in the page editor. Enable it and check page heading then.
I’ve written full path for Facebook image in Text widget. Clear browser cache and check the pages.
