Hi, I bought this theme and I only had headaches and huge issue problems. Worst decision ever buying this theme! I’m really upset, guys, I wrote to you a couple of days ago and no response at all. Please at least respond to my comments. My website is totally broken and I don’t know what it is… the CSS is messed up and I tried all possible solutions: deactivating the plug-ins, updating everything, changing hosting and still the problem persists!!! please at least respond to my mails… no support at all.

Hi Jack,
Ok, you see it OK and sometimes the web is fine and runs OK but
suddenly it breaks completely.
I tried different browsers having the same result.
Also, I had deactivated all cache plugins, minifications plugins as well as ALL PLUG-INS but still it breaks.
Here are the plug-ins I’m using with this website:

(I deactivated all of them and still it breaks)

Hello,

I’ve checked browser console on your site and there were errors and warnings as shown on the screenshot http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/16/0304/h_1457118033_8581404_91ae1bc2c7.png
Note that “Optima” isn’t google font that’s why I’ve removed it from Punch Fonts section. As for the other warnings I’ve disabled “Use Any Font” plugin. Also please update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and then check the site.

I followed your recommendations and I updated all plugins related to the themes but still the web breaks. I don’t know what else to do…

Hello,

Please check if the issue persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront https://www.woothemes.com/storefront/ and let us know the result.
Unfortunately we can’t find any issues with our theme.
Also you can contact your hosting provider support to check error_log file to investigate what exactly is causing the issue.
