1/ For seamless functionality and to prevent any potential issues, it is imperative that both the XStore theme and the XStore core plugin are maintained at their latest versions. We kindly request that you proceed with updating the XStore theme to the latest version, (9.3.3) and core plugin (5.3.3) , to ensure optimal performance of your site. https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

I’ve made a backup of the site, deactivated wp rocket but the connection block widget isn’t displayed in the header builder.

2/ We have checked your site and found that in Chrome browser console (Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () )
500 errors are server errors originating from your website’s server environment.
It is independent of our theme. Please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.
