Hello.
Fist of all, congrats for the 8Theme.
After the last theme update we are having problems to visualize some pages on Google Chrome and Firefox. We are not having problems on Safari. The pages that are with problems are the openness, built with visual composer.
Some texts are simply gone, creating “holes” and the full visual composer sessions aren’t working. All the plugins and theme are updated.
On the website homepage there was a slider revolution, which is also gone. (Now I turned it of so there is not a hole on the homepage)
I tried to turn of each of the plugins and try again just in case it was an eventual conflict and it didn’t work.
It would be interesting if you check the webpage on safari, which is working right and then on Google Chrome to see the problem.
I hope you can help me with some advice!
NOTE. I copied the entire page (source code) and pasted it into another page on another site with 8Theme version 2.14 and it worked correctly.
Thank you and best regards,
Sardinha
Just going on a whim but did you check to see if the rev slider was being called with the correct shortcode? Are images being mapped properly? Check the url images? Are you copying in pasting in text mode and not visual? Some things I can think of off the top of my head to help trouble shoot.
Oh, and maybe also try clearing your caches on your browser. Sometimes it’s as simple as that 🙂 Let’s hope :/
Hello, @sardinha
Do you use CDN or Cloudflare?
Seems Chrome and FF browsers block some scripts of Cloudflare. Sarafi does not do this and your site looks fine.
Contact Cloudflare support to fix the problem.
Regards
