    Hello,

    Did you make any changes to the child theme? Did you update both XStore and XStore core plugins?

    no changes anything only updated theme and core plugin

    Hello,

    Did you use XStore > File generator? Try to remove file and check after that. If it does not help then move your site to live server and provide us with access.

    Move your site to live server and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access. Unfortunately, we can’t give a helpful solution by the screenshot only.
