    Hello, @MJJONE,

We would like to confirm if you are using the Multiple Headers features. If so, this could be the cause of your issue. Please watch and follow the instructions in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpeXfzNwkOc

Alternatively, this could be a cache issue. Please try to clear the complete cache of your site and browser and then check back.

If the issue persists, please make your site live on a test server and share your site WP Admin URL and credentials with us in the private content area of this topic. We will then investigate the issue further and provide assistance.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello,
    you now have the credentials

No multiple header in use and cache totally deleted and cache plugin deactivated to be sure but same issue.

The site is live in production server (no test server)

    Hello @MJJONE,

I have just logged into your site and checked the header in Customizer under Theme Settings >> Header Builder and also checked the frontend of the site. It appears to be working correctly, as evidenced by the reference screenshots provided: https://postimg.cc/N50WJZjT, https://postimg.cc/0bHhLZz4, and https://postimg.cc/tsQNZVwT.

It appears that the issue is likely due to a cache issue on your end. We recommend that you clear the cache of the site and browser and check back, or check on another computer with a fresh browser.

    We hope this helps.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Thats not the issue i have reported.

Go here and check the header :
    https://www.adp-enseignes.com/fiche/nos-realisations-pour-faguo/
in that page i use a specific PRODUCT TEMPLATE from the product builder feature instead of the default PRODUCT TEMPLATE here with no issue
    https://www.adp-enseignes.com/fiche/la-bache-avec-oeillets/

Just compare the header on both URL

    Thx.
    Best

    Hello @MJJONE,

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the browser cache, and then checking to see if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

If the issue continues, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations. This will allow us to investigate and provide assistance.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
