When a page is minimized(made smaller) and then restored back to original size the Theme Eight Products element does not return to original size it remains shrunk. These is your theme’s woo product slider widget. See example: https://goo.gl/ZRQH4s

    Hello,

If you resize browser window you have to reload a page. Check your site on different devices without resizing the browser.

Hi, I recorded a video so you can better realize the problem: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bz37I-6982BQbDA4MHZ2OC02S1E/view

As you can see, the issue happens even on desktop full screen view, when I minimize the screen then all of the products become small and don’t adjust. This is a bug because the similar “featured products” widget from woo doesn’t have this issue. This only happens with your theme widget.

    Please fix.

    Hello,

    Thank you for explaining.
Could you please provide wp-admin access in Private Content?
Also, try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check the problem.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello,

This issue occurs because you use a lot of products element together in carousel, it is a bad practice. I’ve created “test home” page http://prntscr.com/fuqlvi http://prntscr.com/fuqm2m, please check. You need also mark products as new in product editor http://prntscr.com/dta38h

    Regards,

    Hi there.

Thank you for the detailed explanation and screenshots. My developer told me she did use the option you had before, however left it at “default” on the number of products to show. After analyzing your setup we saw that you have to put the number you want so it can rotate and the avoid the shrinking problem. I see this was fixed now. Thanks!
