    Hi,

Keep on having Fatal error: Allowed memory size of #### bytes exhausted (tried to allocate ## bytes) in /home/content/85/9002385/html/######/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/sitepress.class.php on line #####

I asked already 2 times to increase the limit and they say they are now at the max, 128mb

I am not certain they now what exactly to increase.

It is always that plugin, and not always the same line. Twice i had to de-activate and reactivate the plugin to have my site back. It never works long.

The site is very slow and sometimes lose connection.

    Could you check?

Do you have a WooPress .mo file in French? I noticed on the forum a few guys already translated it. Not certain it is up to date though…

    You already have my FTP.

I just did. Will see if it is running better. Thanks.

Now i have “Gravity Forms Multilingual is enabled but not effective. It requires Gravity Forms in order to work.” Do i really need that plugin?

Plus, WPBakery Visual Composer. I don’t recall having this version earlier.
It needs an update which i can only get if i buy the plugin.

Both are paying plugins. Please explain!?!

    Hello,

You can download plugins at this link:
    https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

Sorry, but we can’t advise you concerning Gravity Forms plugin as this is a third-party plugin and wasn’t used with our theme.

    Regards,

    Thanks Eva.

Sorry, i thought it was provided with WooPress. I have removed it.

I updated everything as you both asked.

    I still have very often:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of ##### bytes exhausted (tried to allocate ## bytes) in /home/content/85/9002385/html/#####/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/sitepress.class.php on line #####

    Always related to “sitepress-multilingual-cms” plugin!

Plus as i said earlier to Robert, the site is very slow. I barely can have to instance of the site. Like two tabs opened. One to work on the back end and one to see it front end. It usually crash.

    Please have a look Eva.
    Thank you.

    Hi,

    It was increased to 64mb.

Now i get the error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 45 bytes) in /home/content/85/9002385/html/####/wp-includes/pomo/mo.php on line 238

Plus the system status gives me a : “Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files. If you notice an issue on your site, this could be the reason. Please contact your theme developer for further assistance. You can review the System Status report for full details or learn more about WooCommerce Template Structure here.”

    Thanks

    Hello,

The error means you’re still lack of memory. The value should be increased.
Concerning that message, some Woocommerce files were edited in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce and can have old version written in the files, but it won’t affect your site work. Please don’t worry.

    Thank you.

    Eva Kemp.

    Eva,

I always get the errors for the French side. Never for the English one. Every French page/products.

That is very peculiar and make no sense. There has to be a mistake somewhere!

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Sorry, but we recommend you to increase memory limit value.
Please do this and check your site after that.

    Thank you.

    Eva Kemp.
