The header builder widgets do not display correctly. Can you help?
I’ve deactivated all the plugins but the problem persists.
Hello, @jimmy-17,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1/ To fix the problem, you need to reset the header content (via Theme Options > Header builder > Reset header builder) and then add elements again. You will not lose settings of elements, just need to set elements to desired positions after the reset. https://imgbb.com/TbXSKMy
We hope this information is helpful.
2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hello, the pagination of the “shop” page is displayed incorrectly. Can you correct this? Thank you. See screenshot
Hello, @jimmy-17,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
We are pleased to inform you that the issue has been successfully resolved through the deactivation of the WP Rocket cache plugin. We kindly request that you reactivate the plugin and verify the cache settings at your earliest convenience.
It appears that the problem was related to a caching issue. For your reference, we have provided an image in the private content area
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
The decimal numbers don’t appear in the ticket purchase basket of the eventin plugin. The developer told me that this is due to the design of my site. This is because I’ve noticed that when I use the Tor browser (which uses vpn), the problem no longer exists. I think it’s linked to my site’s cache. I’ve cleared the cache of my web browser and my site but the problem persists. Can you help me? See attached screenshot.
Hi @jimmy-17,
We’ve checked and it’s not working on Firefox, other browsers are working fine.
– Chrome: https://prnt.sc/zrNFliwmI49R
– Safari: https://prnt.sc/X32dobHzx_CY
– Opera: https://prnt.sc/yZoztKgm6Hrk
– Firefox: https://prnt.sc/Ar00t8FcxAP3
Please note the issue related to the 3rd party plugins must be directed to the plugin’s author, they fall out of scope our support standard.
Thanks for understanding!
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
