hi there,

I’ve updated the theme and cleared the cache but I have some bugs.

The images have disappeared from the product page, please help.

Thanks for your reply.
As I mentioned earlier, the images have disappeared from the product page and also from the shop listing page.

this page https://www.momentsatelier.com/shop/ doesn’t have any images.
and on the product pages:

First the images disappeared and now they are blurred, when zoomig they are ok.

I use Chrome and we can see it on different machines and in Safari as well.

Hello,

We have checked your site in Chrome http://prntscr.com/r2zv2m , Safari http://prntscr.com/r2zv6l , and Firefox http://prntscr.com/r2zv99 – there is no mentioned problem when the page is fully loaded.
Do you have the problem on a particular page only? What version of the Chrome browser do you use?
Try to change “Image Loading Type” in Theme Options > Speed Optimization and check images then.
