Your builder doesn’t work! Everything is installed correctly according to your manual but I can’t use the customizer because it doesn’t change anything, everything stays the same. I can only change things via elementor.

Hello, @Johan,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Please note that you can use only one builder at a time, either via Elementor or the Customizer.

If you are using builder via Elementor, you need to modify with elementor and see changes.

OR

If you wish to modify settings via the customizer, You need to remove the custom template condition in XStore builders > go to builder > remove template condition.
