Builders Panel — using it with WP-Bakery Visual Composer (not Elementor)

Hello Theme team,

I’m working on a site that has to use specific attributes provided by the WP-Bakery Visual Composer page-layout plugin.
I’m now attempting to place a logo and main-menu transparent/overlap header on the homepage (where it has full-page Revslider). But when I try to create/build a new header, it only shows Elementor or ‘Customiser’ as options. How do I add site-wide logo and nav menu with the available VisComposer tool?

I’ve also disabled the ‘blocks/Gutenburg’ layout tools (I prefer the old classic editor with VisComposer).

UPDATE…
I discovered the drag-drop panel now (see screenshot image attached). So made one step towards adding the logo & menu 🙂

Oh dear, now the logo is displaying as a tiny 3x3px version on mobile view’s header,
but it display’s correctly on desktop view.

Settings seem the same? Can you see anything wrong in this screenshot?
